OPT OUT INSTRUCTION

You will have an opportunity to opt out whenever we communicate with you. If you would like to opt out from all communications about our products or services please email your instructions to info@minicatamaran.eu

We will take all reasonable efforts to delete your personal information from our database as soon as reasonably possible after you opt out. Please note that even if you chose to opt out of marketing communications, we will continue to send important service-related communications (e.g. order confirmation or product safety information). However, these communications are not promotional in nature. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our database in response to your requests.

PRODUCT ORDERS

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner, for individual, personal use and not for commercial resale or diversion. While it is our practice to confirm receipt of orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse delivery to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. MiniCat Worldwide reserves the right to reject any order. You will be charged for your entire order at the time it is placed, even if all product or items are not available until a future date. If we are unable to fulfill your order in a reasonable timeframe, your credit card will be issued a refund in the amount of that product or item. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any product or item purchased from this Website.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All returns must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

For a refund the boat must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

The following fees will be deducted from the refund:

– 2.5% credit card processing fee

– 3% restocking fee

– 300,00 EURO return shipping cost 

Please note that any piece that is missing, damaged or shows any wear and tear will be charged additionally.

After we have received the item and verified that it conforms to the above conditions, you will receive a refund within 10 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 2.5% credit card processing fee will be retained on all orders cancelled by the buyer, if cancelled before shipping.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

When an order is accepted, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. Your receipt will be included in the box with your shipment. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for product purchased from this Website passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Any order placed will be shipped within three business days or you will be informed otherwise. 

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility same as custom clearance upon arrival to your country. 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This Website and the materials and products on this Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, MiniCat Worldwide disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. While our goal is a 100% error-free Website, we do not guarantee that the Website or its Content is accurate and complete, including price information and product specifications. In the event that a MiniCat Worldwide product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MiniCat Worldwide reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MiniCat Worldwide reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MiniCat Worldwide shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the Website and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These Terms and Conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by MiniCat Worldwide without notice at any time, for any reason.
