Shipping & Delivery

At Minicat Worldwide we maintain good stock levels of all our models and accessories. 

We aim to dispatch orders within one to three working days of your order being placed and paid, subject to stock availability. Please note, for additional "parts" please allow up to six working days for dispatch. If the item ordered is out of stock, a member of our sales team will contact you to inform you of any delay in delivery time.

We only dispatch orders on weekdays. Courier deliveries do not normally occur on a Saturday - we therefore cannot guarantee deliveries on a Saturday. Once goods leave our premises we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however we will do our utmost to get the goods to you as soon as possible.

The vast majority of our orders are sent with a courier, however we may use an alternative service for smaller items or parts. We normally us Fedex/TNT, DHL, DPD and Geis. 

Packages dispatched with couriers will require a signature from a person at the delivery address. Goods will not normally be left without a signature.

Prices stated in our e-shop are without shipping cost. The price for shipping will be calculated at the check out depending on the country you are shipping to. 

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility same as custom clearance upon arrival to your country.
