Return & Refund Policy

We don't think it'll happen but if for any reason you choose to return your product or cancel your purchase, we will return payment for the goods (excluding delivery & other costs). 

Notes on Returns

All returns must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

For a refund the boat must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

The following fees will be deducted from the refund:

– 2.5% credit card processing fee

– 3% restocking fee

– 300,00 EURO return shipping cost

Please note that any piece that is missing, damaged or shows any wear and tear will be charged additionally.

After we have received the item and verified that it conforms to the above conditions, you will receive a refund within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

A 2.5% credit card processing fee will be retained on all orders cancelled by the buyer, if cancelled before shipping.
